SHIPPING POLICY
Uk shipping £3.50 or FREE for orders over £100
If your order is in stock it will normally be sent to you within three working days. Please contact us if you have not received order order within ten days, quoting your order number. If your purchase is small enough and suitable for posting we use Royal Mail, otherwise it will be sent by courier.
Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada Orders & Shipping 1. Place your order using the Promo Code NO UK TAX at the check out to remove the UK VAT. 2. We will then email you your individual shipping price. Please reply to this email. If you decline the shipping cost your order will be refunded. 3. If you are happy to go ahead with the order we will send you a link to take payment for the shipping and then dispatch your goods. NOTE; Shipping costs are usually between £10 and £70 depending upon weight and size. This cost is often partially or fully off set by the 20% Uk VAT that we are able to take off of your order.
All other Non UK Orders - please contact us directly before placing your order. We will work out the best
payment & shipping options for you.
We can not currently deliver to any EU countries.
RETURN POLICY
Web order (bought un-seen) returns: We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from accacia. Should you change your mind about your internet purchase within 30 days, we will refund or exchange the item(s) provided that it is returned to us unused in its original condition including any attached labels. Reseal the packaging your order arrived in and return to us using the sticker with our address and your web order number on which is enclosed with every order (this sticker is not prepaid). We reserve the right to discount the refund if the goods are not in the original, unused condition. Delivery charges on the original order are not refundable. Keep proof of purchase for any items you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Please note that all our products are hand made to varying degrees, and slight variations in size, shape and colour are to be expected.
PAYMENT METHOD
Make your choice from the web site, and follow the links to put items into your shopping basket, then pay at the check-out where you will be asked for your card details. We can accept payment from all major credit cards.
